Hot air balloon flight

As a rule, a trekking day is full of unforgettable events and incredible adventures. Usually, the duration of transitions during the day is five to seven hours. It just seems like a lot. In fact, the travel time flies by unnoticed. After all, every moment you discover something new in nature: new colors, sounds, observe the life of previously unknown birds and the splendor of the plant world.
Sri Lanka is rich in hiking trails. Moreover, it may be a little difficult for an unprepared person. There are attractions on the island, which can only be reached by overcoming eleven kilometers of continuous steps. Few people can just walk such a distance, but here they still have to climb the mountain. We are talking about Adam’s Peak, a holy place for representatives of all religions, since according to legend, Adam descended from this mountain after his expulsion from paradise. A small temple was built on its top, which houses the imprint of his foot in stone. Other interesting trekking routes: Hike to the Horton Plateau (to the “End of the World” ledge), Hike to Nuwara Eliya tea plantations, hike to Ella.

Sri Lanka attracts divers all over the world with a variety of corals, marine life with unusual names and species (angelfish, Moorish idols, parrot fish), dolphins and whale sharks, which can be seen from March to April. The dive centers of the northeast coast are open from March to October.
